"Kannawidan Ylocos Festival."

VIGAN CITY -- Ilocos Sur starts today the staging of the "Kannawidan Ylocos Festival"

Ilocos Sur Gov. Chavit Singson said the week-long (Jan.31 -Feb. 8) .The "Kannawidan Ylocos Festival" aims to preserve and sustain the old traditions, attractive products and practices of the Ilocanos, as well as promote the local tourism industry and cause the increase in the demand for local products, create more job opportunities and generate more income,

"We come up to realize that this festival will give an identity of the province, like the Sinulog Festival in Cebu, and the Panagbenga Festival in Baguio City. Through the 'KannawidanFestival,' we are preserving and sustaining our old traditions, promoting our attractive products and practices, Ylocos

Vigan City Fiesta

On the 5th day of January we celebrate the first fiesta in Ilocos Sur. On this day many activities and contest we are making. Bigueños are all happy because of this. In part of Vigan City fiesta is the longganisa festival.People from Ilocos Sur are also going to the carnival to have fu.
At night we also have beauty pageants,contest and other activities in plaza Burgos.We also met celebrities and other politicians.
Try to watch some activities in Vigan to have fun.

Reflection,,,,,3rd grading

Through our everyday hands-on activities we enhance more our knowledge and make our 3rd grading period more exciting and challenging. In my 3rd grading period we learned more about HTML files and tags.We also make our own web page.
So to make this coming 4th grading I will study and discover more about computer.

New Year, New Jayson

Year 2010 is past and now 2011 is here.Everyone of us must change our bad attitudes and replace it with a good one.I know and we know that we can do it by helping ourselves.
Like me I have also lots of bad attitudes but I will do my best to make this bad attitudes change in a good one.

ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

To me Christmas means a time of happiness towards everyone. It is a time when families and close friends come home from all over the world to be with the people they love. To most people family and friends come first in their lives, so this is obviously a very favored holiday.

When it’s Christmas time, people exchange gifts often and take it for granted. This holiday is usually associated with receiving gifts. Personally, I think giving a gift is just as great as receiving one. Most of the time giving can be even more enjoyable. The whole idea of finding that perfect gift, making someone smile, and him or her realizing that you put that much thought into just one gift is just one way which Christmas brings happiness to everyone.

Christmas is about love. Caring about another over yourself, spending the time to do the little things to make the holiday special for loved ones. As a student, it give me great joy to see my classmates,parents and their happiness as they open presents on Christmas morning. I also enjoy watching other friends and family open a gift that I shopped for and seeing that they truly like it.

Christmas is also about togetherness. Being with the people you love, laughing, sharing a meal, sharing happy memories.

Christmas is about giving. Doing things for others - collecting food for the needy, helping with toy distributions to needy children. Remembering those less fortunate.

Peace makes the world happy.Having a harmonious relationship with other makes us a good person.No hatered and no wars makes our heart and mind peaceful.Showing and keeping nice relationship to other people is a good thing for us to do.Sharing what you have and sharing what you know is the best thing we can do to others.If we can do all these things we can attain peaceful and progressive community.
